Not sure if this has been posted, and the police are looking for the driver for "questioning," but I'm dying. How is someone THIS BAD?

I'm usually strongly anti-drunk driving, but in this case, I actually hope the driver was drunk, because that's the least infuriating explanation of how this could happen.
